Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Coupon Launcher (package com.couponpromo.codes) may collect, use, share, and protect information. Effective September 30, 2026.

Transparency first. Some collection described below occurs only when a relevant feature, advertising partner, permission, or legal requirement applies. This policy does not mean every category is collected from every user.

1. Scope and acceptance

This Privacy Policy applies to Coupon Launcher, related support pages, and services that link to it. By installing, accessing, or using the app, you acknowledge this policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app and uninstall it.

The app may provide access to coupons, promotional offers, sponsored content, external websites, and advertisements. Third-party destinations operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

2. Information we may process

Depending on the app version, device, settings, location, consent choices, and features used, we and our service providers may process:

  • Device and app information: device type, manufacturer, model, operating system, app version, language, time zone, mobile carrier, screen characteristics, and configuration.
  • Identifiers: advertising ID, app instance ID, installation ID, push token, IP address, and similar online or device identifiers.
  • Usage and interaction data: app launches, screens viewed, taps, searches, coupon or ad interactions, referral source, session duration, timestamps, crashes, performance logs, and diagnostics.
  • Approximate location: a general area inferred from IP address or, if a feature requires it and permission is granted, device-provided approximate or precise location.
  • Information you provide: search terms, preferences, feedback, support messages, and any content you voluntarily submit.
  • Network and technical data: connection type, request headers, error reports, security events, and information needed to deliver content.

We do not intend to collect sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for a clearly disclosed feature, you choose to provide it, or law requires it.

3. Advertising, sponsored content, and third parties

Coupon Launcher is supported in whole or in part by advertising and may display banner, interstitial, native, rewarded, or other ad formats, as well as sponsored coupon offers. Ad providers and their partners may collect or receive identifiers, IP address, device information, approximate location, and app interaction data to:

  • deliver, limit, and measure ads;
  • prevent fraud and abuse;
  • report aggregated campaign performance;
  • select contextual ads; and
  • where permitted by law and your settings or consent, personalize advertising.

Third parties may combine information from the app with information from other apps, websites, or services under their own privacy policies. Coupon Launcher does not control a third party’s independent processing. Your device may offer controls to reset or delete the advertising ID, limit ad personalization, or manage consent.

Ads and coupon links may take you to third-party websites or apps. Review their terms and privacy policies before providing personal or payment information.

4. App permissions and device access

The app may request permissions only when supported by the installed version, a feature you use, or the Android platform. Permissions can include:

  • Internet and network state to load offers, ads, links, updates, and check connectivity.
  • Notifications to send deal alerts, reminders, service notices, or promotional messages where allowed.
  • Location to provide location-relevant offers if this feature is available and you grant access.
  • Camera to scan codes or support an image-based feature if offered.
  • Photos, media, files, or storage to save, upload, cache, or share coupon-related content when requested by you.
  • App list or package visibility where permitted and necessary to open supported apps, detect compatible handlers, prevent fraud, or perform a user-requested action.
  • Advertising ID for advertising, analytics, attribution, frequency capping, and fraud prevention, subject to platform controls.
  • Vibration, wake lock, foreground service, boot completion, or shortcuts to support alerts, reliability, launcher functions, or user-enabled background features.
  • Clipboard only when needed to paste or copy a coupon code through a user-initiated action, subject to Android controls.

Not every version uses every permission. The permission prompt and Google Play listing for your installed version are authoritative. You may deny or revoke optional permissions in Android Settings, although related features may stop working.

5. How information is used

We may use information to operate and improve the app; provide and organize offers; open requested links; personalize app content; deliver notifications; provide advertising; measure engagement and attribution; diagnose crashes; secure the app; prevent fraud; comply with law; enforce terms; and communicate about support, privacy, or service changes.

Where required, processing relies on your consent. Other processing may be necessary to provide a requested service, pursue legitimate interests such as security and improvement, or comply with legal obligations.

6. Sharing and disclosures

We may share information with advertising, analytics, attribution, hosting, security, crash-reporting, notification, and technical service providers; coupon merchants and affiliate networks when you interact with an offer; authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary for law, safety, or rights; and parties involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.

Providers receive information according to their role and may act as processors or independent controllers. We may also disclose aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you.

7. Your choices and controls

  • Manage app permissions and notifications in Android Settings.
  • Use Android or Google settings to control advertising personalization and reset or delete your advertising ID where available.
  • Adjust consent choices when a consent screen is provided.
  • Stop all future app collection by uninstalling Coupon Launcher.
  • Clear local app data through Android Settings before uninstalling if you want to remove locally stored preferences and cache.

Uninstalling stops the app from collecting new information on that device, but it does not automatically delete information already retained by service providers where retention is lawful or required.

8. Data retention, transfers, and security

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described, including service delivery, analytics, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Retention periods vary by data type and provider. De-identified or aggregated information may be retained longer.

Information may be processed in countries other than your own, where privacy laws may differ. We and our providers use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No transmission or storage system is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

9. Regional privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, or an appeal, and to complain to a privacy authority. You may also have the right to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or sharing as those terms are defined by applicable law.

Requests may be subject to identity verification, legal exceptions, and retention obligations. Because the app may not require an account, we may be unable to identify data associated with you without a relevant device or service identifier.

10. Children’s privacy

Coupon Launcher is not directed to children under 13, or the higher minimum age required in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided information through the app, contact us through the support channel on the app’s Google Play listing so appropriate action can be taken.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the app, partners, law, or business practices. The effective date will be revised when material changes are published. Continued use after an update means the revised policy applies to future use, subject to any consent required by law.

For privacy questions or requests, use the developer contact method shown on Coupon Launcher’s Google Play listing. Include enough detail to understand your request, but do not send passwords, payment card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
